ADHD

Having ADHD may feel like you are always juggling more balls than you can handle, and yet you still always feel behind. It’s almost like your brain doesn’t work the same way as everyone else’s. That’s because you are Neurodivergent, which means your brain is wired in a slightly different way from the Neurotypical brain. ADHD is characterized by the need for stimulation in order to attend to stimuli. This includes inattention, hyperactivity or a mixture of the two which impacts communication, emotional understanding, expression, physical expression, executive functioning, and learning styles.
